What’s new in Local Delivery Premium.

2026

  • NewChange a delivery from the Shopify order page. Open any order, choose More actions → Local Delivery, and set its date, time window, delivery area and method right there. Because you pick the area and method yourself, it works on orders the widget never touched: anything placed before you installed the app, and every order in a shop whose widget was never wired into the theme. The change is written to the Shopify order and to the Locate2u stop together, and it goes through the same checks as the Merchant API. A past date or a blackout day is refused, a full slot stays full, and switching between delivery and pickup clears the other method’s dates instead of leaving the order showing two.
  • NewSet your own order cutoff. An Order cutoff field, a value and a unit, now sits in Booking & Limits on every location. Until now every location quietly enforced a 2-hour lead time that nobody chose and no screen showed, including yours. The field is visible on every plan so you can see what your shop is actually enforcing, and editable on Growth. Nothing changes until you move it.
  • ImprovedThe calendar loads the month you’re looking at. It used to render whichever orders the most recent sync happened to return, so a delivery booked a few weeks out could quietly drop off as newer orders arrived, and there was no way to tell “no deliveries this month” from “we didn’t fetch them”. Each month now loads its own deliveries, however far ahead they sit.
  • ImprovedA stop reference links whichever way round it’s written. “#16417 / LL-12763” matched nothing while “LL-12763 / #16417” matched fine, so the only format we could safely recommend was the less obvious one. Both resolve now.
  • ImprovedAn imported order keeps the date it was actually placed. Orders brought in from your Shopify history were stored as though they had been placed on the day they were imported, which also hid them from the import meant to find them.
  • ImprovedOpening an old order can’t put it on a driver’s run. Following the link to an order whose delivery day has already passed no longer risks a fresh Locate2u stop being created for it.

That’s the story so far. We ship improvements every month.
